Pour the solution into the auditory canal and massage the base of the ear so that material can come out. Then, with a wad of cotton or gauze, soak up and remove the material that comes out. In necessary, repeat 1-2 times a day for at least 10 days. Apply the drops of the cleansing solution into the ear canal and the inside of the auricle while holding the ear straight with your other hand. Massage the base of the ear with a movement from the base to the top of the auditory canal for at least a minute, facilitating the removal of material. Wrap your finger in a wad of cotton or gauze and put inside the auditory canal, as far as it will go, rotate the finger, cleaning and drying up the mixture of detergent and material. Once the material has been removed, continue the above procedure until the cotton comes away clean. Also clean between the creases and all the inside of the auricle.
